Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Senior Project Manager Technology for our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client based in Breda. Initial 12-month contract, with a high possibility of extension. This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects within the organization. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
- Technological Innovation: Drive technological innovation by identifying and implementing new tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and delivering excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management within a technology-driven environment. Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies. Understanding of regulatory requirements in the biotechnology or healthcare industry.
