- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and approvals throughout the FEED, detailed design engineering, procurement, fabrication/construction, inspection & testing, installation, commissioning, and start-up phases of the company's facilities.
- Ensure successful project execution, meeting deadlines and budgets while adhering to project and stakeholder requirements, company standards, specifications, and Algerian regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the execution of assigned projects
- Develop Project Charters for the assigned projects for stake holders and Management approval
- Define the scope of engineering work, develop schedules, and set budgets for assigned project components, while tracking progress to ensure adherence to these schedules and budgets.
- Operate within the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Manage project costs by preparing monthly reports on the value of work completed and providing financial forecasts.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary technical teams for assigned projects, collaborating with other discipline engineers and ensuring proper personnel allocation from various technical support groups within the company.

Requirements:
- Candidate with a degree level qualification (BEng, CEng, BSc or MSc) in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Project Management skills - extensive experience in Facilities Engineering, Petroleum production facility design and operation knowledge, control systems and safety systems.
- Ideally will have brown field experience working for both Operators/Clients and/or Engineering consultant companies
