Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – Pipeline Design

Job Summary:

Senior Project Engineer will lead and coordinate pipeline design activities across engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will ensure that project objectives are met with respect to technical performance, safety, schedule, and budget, and will act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams in the design and development of onshore/offshore pipeline systems.
• Manage technical deliverables across project phases including FEED, detailed design, and EPC.
• Oversee pipeline routing, material selection, hydraulics, stress analysis, and interface management.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors for technical discussions and design reviews.
• Support procurement with technical evaluations (TBE) and vendor document reviews.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Pipeline Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in pipeline design and project engineering in oil & gas or energy infrastructure projects in a licensed company.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline design principles including stress analysis, flow assurance, corrosion protection, and alignment sheets.
• Experience with pipeline design software.
• Familiarity with international standards.
• Proven project management and coordination experience.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
