Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to provide process engineering and flow assurance expertise during EPC, commissioning, start-up and handover of major Oil & Gas projects.
The role will support Operations to ensure facilities are designed and delivered with strong focus on Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide process engineering expertise for design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, risk assessments and Management of Change.
• Support commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, punch list closure and warranty claim resolution.
• Develop process surveillance tools and support safe, reliable and optimum production.
• Participate in system completions, walk-downs and high-risk commissioning activities.
• Support development of operating procedures and project tie-ins.
• Identify and resolve critical technical issues and new technology risks.
• Prepare discipline handover packages and provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an Oil & Gas environment.
• Experience in EPC projects, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, operational readiness and process safety studies.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under demanding project and operational conditions.
