Senior Power BI Developer
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team.
Reporting to the Principal Finance Improvement lead, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and operating our Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with complex datasets and will proactively identify opportunities to use the Power Platform suite—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint—to create cost-effective, standardized solutions that improve business processes and drive data-driven decisions.
In this role, you'll be a key player in enhancing our internal practices for building, deploying, and maintaining solutions from inception to operation.

Role and Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on visual design, metrics, data visualization, and analytics to monitor business performance.
- Manage work, including versioning and leveraging repo functionality, through Azure DevOps.
- Oversee and support the integration of third-party APIs into a centralized data system.
- Translate business and user requirements into actionable application designs.
- Establish and maintain a robust Power Platform Environment strategy.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of Power Platform application systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Automate business workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate. Enhance business processes by developing Canvas Power Apps.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant technical work experience, with at least 3 years focused on developing solutions within the Power Platform.
- Experience with SAP is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and database design.
- Experience with common data services, data connectors, and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration abilities.
- Preferred Skills Snowflake integration experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Good design skills with an eye for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
