We are seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Administrator who is used to large on/offshore payrolls. This is an immediate start 3-6 contract based in Westhill. There will be requirement to work in the offices as restrictions ease, so candidates should be local to Aberdeen/Shire.


* Monthly audit checks for payroll system vs SAP system using v-look up tool

* Monthly download from SAP system of timesheet allowance claims

* Checking of data and ensuring all accurate prior to payroll submission

* Mail merge and mass emailing

* Tracking of data for specific share projects & taxable events

* Maintenance of payroll spreadsheets

* Action of share sales and calculation of specific taxable elements

* Liaison with finance team regarding payments in/out

* Action bank detail requirements to Unisol system

* Assistance with employee/shareholder queries

Experience & Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Payroll / tax understanding

* Strong excel skills

* Good attention to detail

* Good communication
