Senior Mechanical Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisor with strong offshore maintenance expertise to oversee mechanical discipline activities, ensure safe operations, and support reliability across offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee mechanical maintenance activities across offshore facilities and remote platforms
• Ensure compliance with SHE policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Review work notifications, planning, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP/CMMS systems
• Lead troubleshooting and fault-finding using technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment data
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety reporting practices
• Ensure proper execution of PTW, JSA, and LMRA processes
• Monitor maintenance budgets, materials, and spare parts usage
• Participate in audits, RCFA, and safety improvement initiatives
• Support commissioning, FEED, HAZOPs, and project-related activities

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
• At least 7 years in maintenance and 3 years in supervisory role
• Offshore experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in equipment overhauling and troubleshooting
• HND or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument Engineering
• Proficient in SAP / CMMS systems
• Strong communication skills in English
