Senior ICSS Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior ICSS Engineer to support the implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security within Oil & Gas operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ICS Security engineering specifications, procedures, and equipment strategies.
• Review system and network architectures, functional and detailed design specifications, and interface agreements.
• Participate in ICS risk assessments, technology evaluations, deviation reviews, and disaster recovery simulations.
• Validate systems through FAT and SAT activities.
• Support operational readiness and smooth handover to ICS Security Operations.
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support on ICS Security policies and requirements across engineering, projects, and operations.
• Conduct periodic ICS Security self-assessments and support lifecycle management of ICS assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, engineering, or technical environments with ICS Security experience.
• Experience implementing security controls within OT environments.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems, networking, and security tools.
• Knowledge of ICS Security monitoring technologies such as IDS/IPS and SIEM.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
