Senior HR Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Application Specialist to provide technical and functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM and related HR technology platforms.
The role will focus on ensuring stability, integrity and continuous improvement of payroll systems and integrations while supporting HR transformation and system implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Support payroll processing, off-cycle payments, payroll posting and validation.
• Manage payroll-related banking interfaces and financial integrations.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, system defects and data discrepancies.
• Support configuration changes, upgrades, enhancements and release activities.
• Manage integrations involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, banking platforms and external systems.
• Monitor replication and interface issues between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
• Coordinate system integration testing, UAT and regression testing.
• Validate payroll outputs, banking interfaces and financial postings.
• Support HR transformation and S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate HR cutover planning and system readiness.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Treasury, IT and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience.
• Strong SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience.
• Strong Employee Central Payroll / ECP knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Payroll integrations and banking interface experience.
• HR technology implementation experience.
• Proven end-to-end implementation and support project experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
