Job Title: Senior Digital Roll-Out Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Roll-Out Engineer to lead the successful implementation, adoption, and sustainment of cutting-edge digital initiatives across a complex industrial operation for a major Oil and Gas client. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring digital transformation projects achieve their intended business outcomes through effective change management, communication, and training strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong project and stakeholder management capabilities with a passion for digital enablement, transformation, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Communication
  • Conduct change impact assessments for digital use cases to identify business, process, and technology impacts.
  • Define and execute tailored change management, communication, and training strategies aligned with project methodologies (agile, waterfall, MVP, or scale-up).
  • Support Product Owners in implementing communication plans, mitigating resistance, and reinforcing adoption post-launch.
  • Develop and maintain a structured change management and communication toolkit, including templates, checklists, and best practices.
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reports on change management activities across the digital portfolio.
Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with Agile Fusion Teams, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align roll-out and project delivery plans.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment throughout implementation phases.
Training & Enablement
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted training plans for diverse user groups.
  • Define appropriate training tools and formats in collaboration with technical vendors and Learning & Training (L&T) teams.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training materials and sessions, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Implement continuous feedback loops to measure training success and refine learning materials.
  • Maintain the digital training repository and records in coordination with organizational learning teams.
Post Go-Live Support
  • Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities for refresher training or additional support.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture insights and improvement areas for future roll-outs.
  • Ensure proper handover of knowledge and documentation to support and governance teams for ongoing value realization.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience required.
  • Certification in Training & Development preferred.
  • Additional certification in Project Management or Business Analysis is an advantage.
Experience
  • Prior relevant experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation roles.
  • Proven success in driving user adoption and managing change in complex industrial or operational environments.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector is highly desirable.
Skills
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to delivery.
  • Proficiency in digital training tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
