About the Role:
As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects from concept through delivery. You’ll be responsible for technical execution, project management, and client coordination, while also supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the design and delivery of complex civil engineering projects
- Overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Preparing and reviewing engineering plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
- Coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders
- Supporting construction administration and field oversight activities
- Contributing to business development efforts, including proposals and client engagement
- Water distribution and sewer collection systems
- Stormwater management infrastructure
- Roads and highways
- Water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Subdivision and land development projects
- Commercial site development
- Federal Government facilities, including U.S. Air Force projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Proven experience managing civil engineering projects
- Strong technical background across municipal and infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively across teams
