Great opportunity to work as a Senior Buyer for a Major Oil Company in Pau, purchasing Global Drilling Well Equipment Services, on a 12 month contract

Main Responsibilities:

1. Procurement strategy

o Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Global procurement strategy for a DWE segment

o Ensure related Market watch (Suppliers, market intelligence, technologies

o Follow, manage, keep alive the Suppliers portfolio with a constant risk management approach

o Internal and market benchmarking on DWE procurement

o Work on procurement initiatives (be force of proposition) aiming at globalising, simplifying, standardizing the requirements and the associated procurement methods

2. Procurement management:

o Launch and manage Call for Tenders for DWE procurement for Exploration or Development Projects in accordance with internal rules and processes:

- Prepare, launch and manage market enquiry on DWE contractors' market

- Prepare Projects procurement strategies and related presentation material to get required gate approvals

- Prepare, launch and manage international Calls For Tenders, including:

▪ CFT documents package drafting: instruction to tender, goods and services contracts and collect technical data from relevant technical entities

▪ Perform and lead the contractual and commercial clarifications and negotiations with the support of legal entities

▪ Participate to relevant meetings with contractors

▪ TCO commercial evaluation

- Work on a Recommendation To Award and draft the related material support documents to get required approvals

- Prepare and negotiate DWE contracts and follow contracts execution

o Support operational entities in contractual negotiations and claim management with the legal, insurance and finance entities

3. Procurement performance :

o Follow global procurement activities on the DWE segment, perform spend analysis

o Contribute to achieve the Savings objectives

o Ensure good application of Frame Contracts

o Prepare and lead the business and performance review with the Suppliers of the DWE segment

o Propose initiatives to improve the overall economic performance
