You’ll have opportunities to build expertise in cell and genome engineering, vector design, technology and cell-based assay development, receptor density quantification, flow cytometry, cell sorting and cloning.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Culture mammalian cells, including immortalized, cancer and primary cell lines.
  • Generate and maintain cell lines for antibody discovery and assay development.
  • Perform cellular assays to support research activities.
  • Conduct fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis and sorting.
  • Support the development of technologies for cell line engineering.
  • Consolidate historical and recent cell line assets into a digital inventory system.
  • Expand and bank core cell lines to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Coordinate cell line stocks across multiple sites to support the establishment of a cell bank.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree with 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture is required.
  • Experience with cell line engineering.
  • Experience with flow cytometry.
