My client wants a support service in operational tasks relating to the deployment of the client's SAP MM module in the various subsidiaries.

Operational tasks:

* Management of the different phases and tasks related to the SAP MM module deployment projects

* Representation of the Purchasing Business Line in discussions with stakeholders in deployment projects: subsidiaries, IT (Company ITS and its contractors), other Businesses involved in projects such as Finance, Maintenance, etc.

* Participation in the analysis phase of the quality of subsidiary data, preparation of the data quality plan and subsidiary assistance.

* Management and participation in the Gap Analysis phase, monitoring of the preparation phase, specification of the organizational structure and local processes, including the version strategy for subsidiaries already deployed.

* Preparation of subsidiary data (mapping and scope of data to be migrated) for migrations and the Dry Run and Go Live phases

* Support to the teams of the subsidiary in the context of tests / acceptance and post GoLive support

* Support to the teams of the external referential unit (service provision) in data quality.

* Participation in the continuous improvement of processes

Data cleaning / preparation missions:

* Analysis of the quality of subsidiary data based on extracts from files submitted by the subsidiary

* Cleaning recommendations to be validated by the subsidiary

* Data cleaning on behalf of the subsidiary (outside the client's SAP MM module project scope): deduplication, completeness of fields.

* Preparation of subsidiary data (filtering, mapping, Talend input file, reconciliations) for the Dry Run and Go Live phases

Training management:

* Support and training for subsidiaries: SAP MM process (procurement, stocks, data) and SAP BW reporting

* Support and support to subsidiaries on Data Cleaning strategies

* Management of training documentation

Document Management:

* Change management

* Functional Specifications

* Work instructions

* Retrofit

* BPD (Business Process Documentation)

* BAT (Business Acceptance Test) test scenarios
