Sales/ Export Administrator


Salary - £22,000 to £25,000

Location - Newbridge, Edinburgh

Our client, a successful International Manufacturing Business is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to provide excellent customer support and co-ordination within their International Sales Office Team, who sell and export specialist manufacturing machinery on a global scale.

As a key member of the Sales Office Team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure that orders are processes efficiently and that their customers experience a smooth process experience.

Responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices and Offers to Clients. Relevant training will be provided, however an understanding and interest in Manufacturing Machinery/Technical knowledge would be advantageous.


  • Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks
  • Computer literate with excellent operating knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary Order Processing Software.
  • Be able to identify critical information and respond appropriately
  • Have a good telephone manner to communicate with International Clients and Suppliers.
  • Be energised by challenges and able to deal with changing deadlines/priorities
