Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow dedicated sales accounts by offering nanocoating products and technical services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities globally, particularly in the consumer electronics industry (e.g., mobile devices, laptops)
- Guide customers through product trials, technology validation, and integration processes
- Actively support clients in optimizing their production processes with expert coating solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to business development initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Represent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and technical discussions
- Provide accurate sales reporting and maintain CRM records
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field
- Proven sales or key account management experience in surface coatings or protective coating solutions for industrial or consumer electronics applications
- In-depth understanding of key industry stakeholders: brand owners, OEMs, and their procurement/R&D/innovation teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and consultative approach
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Chinese or Vietnamese are a plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent
