Safety Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Safety Engineer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Basingstoke. For further information about this position please apply.

Main responsibilities

• Production of project safety deliverables deliverables (HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, ToR's for Safety workshops).
• Scribing safety workshops (HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL),
• Safety action management and sign off.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working on oil and gas design projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to produce high quality deliverable on schedule.
• Experience in attending/supporting safety workshops (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/ALARP).
• Good communication skills supporting closure of safety related actions
• Microsoft office proficient
• Project Experience

Preferred qualifications: Appropriate degree, working towards chartership through IChemE or similar
