We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Program Specialist to support business transformation and digital innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the focal point for process alignment, data definition, and solution design across multiple domains within the S/4HANA implementation program.

We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Program Specialist to support business transformation and digital innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the focal point for process alignment, data definition, and solution design across multiple domains within the S/4HANA implementation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business process focal point within assigned domain for S/4HANA integration.
- Capture, document, and validate business requirements during design and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with functional and technical SME teams to ensure optimized solution delivery.
- Conduct process mapping, data alignment, and functional reviews throughout project stages.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance stages to ensure functionality meets business needs.
- Coordinate data migration activities and ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption post go-live.
- Provide training and mentorship to end users to promote system understanding and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP systems implementation and business process management.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP modules in Finance, Procurement, or Maintenance domains.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, migration, and ERP project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or large-scale corporate environments is an advantage.
