Job Title: Risers & Flowlines Commissioning Lead

Responsible for pre comm and commissioning of subsea equipment, umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF), ensuring that commissioning activities proceed safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties.

Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Overall quality of SURF commissioning activities definition, planning and execution
  • Respect of project cost and time targets for commissioning
  • Coordinating all the SURF commissioning activities, meeting the planned targets
  • Development of commissioning plan and procedures, together with discipline engineering and operations personnel
  • Managing commissioning teams' activities
  • Ensuring that adequate, competent commissioning personnel are available to undertake the work
  • Ensuring that all contractors are competent and fully knowledgeable of project HSEQ procedures
  • Endorsing official documents, work progress certificates, handover certificates etc
  • Providing operations start-up support and assistance

What you need:

  • Degree or diploma in an engineering/technical discipline
  • HSE basic course
  • Offshore survival course (mandatory if job requires Offshore work)
  • Good in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of the specific Country language is preferred
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
  • Experience in commissioning and start-up of oil and gas process facilities
