Orion Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Reporting Engineer to support a major international offshore FPSO development project.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-track deepwater development and play a key role in developing advanced reporting, KPI tracking and Power BI dashboard solutions across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards dedicated to FPSO package execution tracking
• Create user-friendly reporting interfaces covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases
• Interface with package teams across Hull and Topside disciplines to understand KPI and reporting requirements
• Maintain and update dashboards using latest contractor data
• Develop productivity tracking tools and forecasting trends
• Support automation and simplification of reporting activities using Power Platform and Power Automate solutions
• Produce management dashboards and performance indicators for project leadership
• Promote continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting tools across the package

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree background
• Strong experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation
• Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate
• Background in data engineering, reporting or data analytics within large industrial or energy projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work within multicultural project environments
• Fluent English required

Preferred Experience

• FPSO, offshore oil & gas or major EPC project experience
• Experience supporting construction or commissioning teams
• Exposure to operator-side project environments preferred
