Position: Reporting Engineer

Location: Milan, Italy

Reporting to: Project Controls Manager / Project Director

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Reporting Engineer to consolidate, analyze, and present project performance data, supporting effective decision-making and ensuring compliance with project and contractual reporting requirements. The role involves close coordination with planning, cost control, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to deliver timely, accurate reports for management and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSSE, cost, and schedule performance.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple disciplines and contractors for unified project status reports.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze progress data; identify trends, variances, and risks.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Develop dashboards, charts, and presentations for management and client meetings.
  • Maintain reporting procedures, ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan (PEP), and support audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in project reporting, including offshore.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, progress measurement, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
