Regional Sales Manager – Florida & Georgia
Location: Florida & Georgia (Territory Based)
Reports To: Sales Director
Travel: Up to 75% overnight travel

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technical solutions and building strong customer relationships? We are partnering with a leading innovator in industrial hazard prevention and production measurement technology to find a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Florida and Georgia.

About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies within your territory to increase revenue and expand market share. You’ll engage with industrial customers, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that prevent costly incidents and improve production performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets in Florida and Georgia
  • Conduct on-site sales calls to manufacturing plants and customer offices
  • Qualify and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions to prospects
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales
  • Provide customer training and support solution implementation
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare accurate sales reports
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Frequent travel within the territory (up to 75% overnight)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Experience selling technical or industrial equipment (fire protection, process optimisation, or similar)
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable with travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems a plus
