Regional Business Development Manager

Our client is a pioneering technology company delivering end-to-end, site-specific wastewater and waste management systems across heavy industry, power generation, refineries, municipalities, and the landfill sector.
They are currently expanding their commercial team and seeking a highly driven Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the Northeast.
This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on developing new business, opening doors, and driving the adoption of advanced treatment technologies in challenging industrial environments. While there is already a strong pipeline of opportunities, you will have the space and autonomy to build and shape the region’s commercial footprint.

What You’ll Do
- Originate, pursue, and close new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, power, refinery, and landfill markets.
- Lead consultative, technical sales engagements with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop territory strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Represent the business at customer sites, industry events, and regional meetings.
- Drive prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract execution.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- 7+ years of successful technical sales experience in industrial water treatment, environmental services, wastewater systems, landfill leachate treatment, power plants, refineries, or related markets.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building new regions or verticals.
- Experience selling into municipalities, power & energy facilities, refineries, heavy industry, landfills, or environmental engineering firms is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable with frequent regional travel.
- Based in PA, MD, VA, NY, or MA
- Partner with a rapidly growing, industry-recognized technology provider.
- Own a strategic region with strong existing demand and significant opportunity to expand.
- Work at the forefront of modern, sustainable industrial wastewater and landfill leachate solutions used in power generation, refining, and heavy industrial applications.
