The Recruitment Marketing Manager will play a key role in project managing and executing talent marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing, this role is responsible for the project management and tactical delivery of talent attraction campaigns, content creation, and candidate engagement strategies.
The Manager will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance the company’s employer brand and optimize talent marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the implementation and management of employer brand marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, job boards, career site, and email marketing.
• Assist in the development of compelling and brand-aligned content and creative assets showcasing the employment experience.
• Optimize job postings and career site content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze employer brand marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Support the execution of employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall brand and talent acquisition goals.
• Partner and manage internal stakeholder relationships (e.g., marketing, communications, EEDI) to amplify the employer brand across multiple channels.
• Manage the company’s presence on earned, owned, shared and paid media by updating content and driving engagement.
• Assist in employee advocacy programs and internal storytelling to showcase company culture and values.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or talent attraction.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in content creation for talent attraction.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing and engagement data to inform strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
• Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and programmatic advertising in recruitment marketing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience.
