Receptionist – Glasgow (3-Month Contract, 30 Hours per Week)
Orion Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join their team in Glasgow on a 3-month contract. This role is Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week.

Orion Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist to join their team in Glasgow on a 3-month contract. This role is Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for staff, contractors, and clients
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
- Maintain filing systems and update office databases
- Handle general filing and record keeping
- Provide progress and activity reporting as required
- Monitor and manage the site-specific Facilities inbox, assigning tasks accordingly
- Operate the UK switchboard: answer, transfer calls, and relay messages
- Process incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
- Liaise with building management when necessary
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn
