Job Title: Quality Lead (EPCI & Upstream)
Location: Paris, France (with international travel to sites including Mozambique, USA, Egypt, the UK, and the Netherlands)
Contract Duration:12 months (renewable)
Start Date: As soon as available

We are currently seeking an experienced Upstream and EPCI Quality Lead to support a major LNG project. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest and most complex energy developments in the region, involving global execution and high HSEQ standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage quality activities across the Upstream scope, including subsea production systems, umbilicals, onshore modules, drilling & completions, and EPCI packages.
* Oversee EPCI quality activities: preservation/storage of materials, fabrication (France, Egypt, USA), pipeline welding and NDT (UK, NL, USA), and offshore installation in Mozambique.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Upstream Quality Management System.
* Serve as the focal point for Third-Party Inspection (TPI) contracts.
* Monitor and manage quality resources and readiness processes.
* Review and contribute to quality-related documentation, audits, and non-conformance management.

Required Profile:
* Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance/control within engineering, fabrication, procurement, and offshore installation.
* Strong track record managing interfaces across large, multi-national project teams.
* Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
* Willingness to travel frequently to international project locations.

Project Context:
This is a multi-billion-dollar subsea-to-shore LNG development involving a complex, multi-country supply and execution chain. The scope includes 18 subsea wells and a 17,000-acre onshore facility with a 5-year construction period and 25-year production horizon.
