Job description

  • Providing continued support and oversight to the various SRP projects and associated programme activities.
  • Maintaining and conducting internal surveillance audits and reviews on various SRP Projects, established management system processes, Contractor and Sub-contractor Organisations and associated Suppliers within the parameters of NEC 3 Framework and CDM 2015 Regs.
  • Various quality related activities and tasks in support of the Senior Quality Manager (SRP), which include the management and co-ordination of the management Review process, production, review and amendment of new and existing process and procedural arrangements.
  • Leading formal investigations and problem solving.
  • Day to day task allocation for the team and managing work progress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in complex engineering projects
  • Experience in working with External customers at a senior level
  • Experience of working in the Nuclear Sector with sound knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and Nuclear Safety Case.
  • Lead Auditor with sound knowledge and working understanding ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience of Document and Records Management
  • Formal Engineering Qualification
  • Experience and/or an understanding of working in an environment where a NEC 3 framework has been deployed
  • Lead Auditor/ sound knowledge and working understanding ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001
  • Understanding of Lean practices, Problem Solving and Improvement activities
  • Experience/Understanding of Product/Project Lifecycle Management
