We are seeking an experienced Quality/Continuous Improvement Coordinator for our oil & gas service company client based in Aberdeen. This is a 12 month PAYE contract, commencing asap.

You will be qualified in ISO 9001:2015 and be familiar with Quality Data Auditing and Reporting around customer non-conformities, and any experience in oilfield equipment would be greatly beneficial. Working knowledge of either Intelex, Gensuite or Salesforce would be greatly beneficial.

The Continuous Improvement (CIR) Specialist reports to the Oilfield Equipment Global Director-

Quality Governance Systems & Training Leader.

This person is delegated the responsibility of managing & monitoring the Customer Issue Resolution & Quality Concern processes and activities across the business.

This role will also assist the Global Director-Quality Governance Systems & Training Leader as master Gensuite Administrator.

In addition, they with support in the implementation of improvements to all OFE CIR & QCR documentation when necessary. Further Supporting objectives will include the assistance of the new OFE quality tool implementation -Intelex, Non-productive time and Net Promotor score processes. The role will also provide key support to additional projects and initiatives within the Quality Team as deemed required by the Oilfield Equipment Global Director-Quality Governance Systems & Training Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Lead the OFE CIR & QCR procedural awareness curriculum

* Work with CIR Community to provide Saleforce.com mentoring within OFE when needed

* Support the review of CIR & QCR processes / tools within OFE and with BH organisations

* Lead the further development and implementation of the new Intelex Quality Framework tool throughout OFE

* Assist the Oilfield Equipment (OFE) Global Director-Quality Governance Systems & Training Leader and OFE Quality team in the administration of all modules of the Gensuite tool including Continuous Improvement, Compliance Calendar, Site Management Tool, Permissions Application & Action Tracking System & Quality Concern Module.

* Provide the OFE business with key Quality track and trending data in compliance with API Q1, Q2 and ISO 9001:2015.

* Provide the OFE Quality leaders with weekly CIR & QCR Escalation reports.

* Maintain and update the CIR section of the Quality Support Central page.

* Work with the Tableau team to update the Quality dashboards when necessary

* Assist in the administration of all CIR & QCR Documentation management for the Oilfield Equipment business.

* Communicate regularly with all members of the Quality department to discuss matters of concern found within CIR / QCR documentation /Salesforce / Gensuite /Support central/ Tableau

You will also ideally have:

* Experience in ISO and API standards

* Lean Six Sigma Knowledge / Experience

* ISO 9001:2015 Transition Experience

* API Q1 / Q2 Knowledge and Implementation Experience

* Able to create & make senior level presentations

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Excellent project management and facilitation skills.

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Willingness to work in matrix and multicultural environment

* Fluency in oral and written English

* Proficiency in software applications MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity Tableau and SupportCentral is a benefit

Competency:

* Demonstration of ability to effectively manage all Saleforce.com

* Demonstration of ability to effectively manage all Gensuite admin

* Demonstration of ability to effectively manage all OFE Quality metric reports

* Demonstration of knowledge of the business to support the need to train the wider team on the use of the tableau dashboards & procedural awareness and gather data/metric information.

* Demonstration of knowledge of HSEQ Training or equivalent requirements across the business
