Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a QA Associate in the Quality Master Data & Maintenance team for our Multinational Pharmaceutical client based in Boxmeer. Initial 6-month contract, with possibility of extension. This is a fully onsite position.
The team
The Quality Master Data & Maintenance team focuses on setting up and maintaining critical data within their data systems. Master data plays a vital role in safeguarding quality aspects related to the procurement, production, testing, and storage of materials. Their team also plays a central role in the batch release process—ensuring compliance with registered specifications—and within the supply chain; for instance, they contribute by ensuring the accurate delivery of certificates to their customers. They are part of the Quality Operations Systems & Compliance department and work closely with other Quality Assurance departments, various Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), and Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) within their global Animal Health organization.
What will you do
As a Quality Assurance Associate, your primary objective is the timely and accurate processing of information within their quality systems. These include MS Office applications (such as Word, Excel, or Teams) as well as systems like SAP or LIMS. This ensures that the source systems used for GMP processes remain aligned with laws, regulations, and registered data. You will work closely with Qualified Persons, Operational Coaches from the relevant IPT, and the IPT improvement team.
In addition to routine operational tasks, unexpected issues may arise, requiring strong problem-solving skills. Your ability to respond quickly and find solutions is essential for safeguarding the quality and compliance of our processes.
As a Quality Assurance Associate, every day presents a new challenge, offering variety and opportunities to contribute to the improvement of our quality systems.
