Support the QHSE organization in:

  • Deployment of the quality programme in the NA projects
  • Definition and adherence of the project organization to adequate quality requirements
  • Implementation of quality programme
  • Monitoring and reporting on quality performance
  • Foster a continual improvement culture
  • Experience in supplier audits (Qualified auditor).
  • Project quality plan - Updating and aligning to same standards.
  • Assist in Supplier quality plan review
  • Lessons Learned - Scheduling and tracking (not facilitating but administrative side of things)
  • Internal Audits - Based on project schedule, prepare a plan for audit and assist in tracking and followup on actions.
  • Internal Audit support (Good to have audit experience)
  • Quality knowledge deployment in US - Assist LQM in tracking deployment of quality modules in US and tracking progress.
  • Development of project specific procedures
  • Assist in CoPQ validation


  • Academic requirements: From BSc or equivalent
  • Proven experience in the field of quality management from relevant fields of the industry
  • Proactive ad systematic approach to the work tasks
  • Accustomed to international environment
  • Able to create trustful work relationship with stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach to work
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
