Orion Group is currently recruiting for an experienced PTW Coordinator / Permit to Work Coordinator to support the Commissioning & Hook-Up phase of the major offshore Oil & Gas Project.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile offshore development project and play a key role in ensuring safe and effective execution of commissioning and hook-up activities.

Orion Group is currently recruiting for an experienced PTW Coordinator / Permit to Work Coordinator to support the Commissioning & Hook-Up phase of the major offshore Oil & Gas Project.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system across commissioning and hook-up activities
- Ensure all permits are correctly prepared, reviewed, approved and closed out in line with project procedures
- Interface closely with Construction, Commissioning, Operations and HSSE teams
- Monitor SIMOPS activities and ensure work scopes are safely coordinated
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety meetings
- Verify isolation requirements and compliance with LOTO procedures
- Support audit and compliance activities related to work permits and safety systems
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with company and project safety standards
- Previous experience as a PTW Coordinator / Permit Officer within offshore oil & gas projects
- Strong background in commissioning, hook-up, shutdown or brownfield operations
- Good understanding of PTW systems, SIMOPS and isolation management
- Experience working on major EPC / offshore developments preferred
- Offshore certification and medical required
- Strong communication and coordination skills in multi-disciplinary environments
