PTW Coordinator - B2B

We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning PTW Coordinator (HU) to support a major LNG expansion project in Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Permit to Work (PTW) activities during Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC) phases, ensuring compliance with PTW procedures, SIMOPS coordination, isolation management, and safe execution of brownfield and greenfield commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate PTW activities during Hook-Up & Commissioning phases
• Verify permits, isolations, risk assessments, and supporting documentation
• Support SIMOPS and PTW coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with HSE and PTW procedures
• Conduct PTW audits and monitor worksite compliance
• Coordinate with EPC Contractors, Vendors, and Subcontractors
• Support commissioning schedules and system handovers
• Provide daily and weekly PTW reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant PTW coordination experience
• At least 5 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, construction yard, or shipyard environments
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems, isolations, SIMOPS, CSE, and gas testing
• Experience in large EPC greenfield and brownfield projects
• Offshore/onshore commissioning and hook-up experience required
• Experience working with Tier-1 EPC Contractors
• Exposure to Asian/Chinese fabrication yards is advantageous
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English communication required

Preferred Experience

• LNG or major oil & gas projects
• Commissioning completions and PSSR exposure
• Knowledge of hydrotesting, loop checking, ICSS commissioning, switchgears, and power systems
