We have a current opportunity for a Project Supply Lead (PSL) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Dubai, UAE. For further information about this position please apply.

Minimum requirements
Project Supply Manager and Project Manager End-to-End management of supply chain activities for the delivery of an assigned PF project in line with the project timeline, budgets and technical/quality requirement.
Key Indicators
Control of project spent vs. tender CBU budget
Tracking and mitigation of supplier VO's to/from company
Product quality, to improve service level
On time delivery, as per the project execution plan
PMO Project specific KPIs
Management responsibilities of the MWM's, Sourcing Specialists, P2P and Logistics specialists on a project
Provide visibility for end-to-end supply deliverables and remove hand-off gaps between various supply functions
Participate in project planning or front-end loading (FEL) activities to understand plans, to communicate priorities to supply functions and to ensure that orders for products and services are captured by respective parties
Plan, resource and manage the end to end order management process - Ensure all aspects of the project supply chain activities are in line with company P&S procedures Sourcing/Procurement Phase: Monitor the overall fulfilment plan, service delivery, and supply cost KPIs for assigned scope Align supplier delivery with project schedule Monitor and report to the project manager and project controller committed PO values at project and WBS level Recommend supplier selection to Project Manager and negotiate the final PO award (PF-P-07-01-008) Communicate and set project expectation of current order on delivery status and lead times Provide point of escalation to project management (late approvals, cancelled P05); contribute to resolution.
Execution/Delivery Phase: Monitor open POs and provide visibility on deliveries from material request to GR Responsible for the consolidation of the Project Procurement Progress and Progress Reporting
Monitor the consistency of required delivery dates (RDD) of critical POs
Alert project team on any deviation in delivery Liaise with all parties involved to secure the appropriate solution for projected late deliveries Engage with local 550 team to request support and/or to Landover operational task PLG Project Gate (Gate F (owner), all Execution Gates activities/deliverables) Sourcing Opportunity Management
