Orion Group is recruiting two Project Site Coordinators on behalf of our client for upcoming construction projects based in Sardinia and Tuscany. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to be part of large-scale industrial developments over a two-year period.
About the Role
The Project Site Coordinator will support the Site Manager and wider project team in all administrative and coordination activities, ensuring efficient and organized site operations. The role helps maintain structure and compliance with approved processes, enabling project personnel to focus on core technical responsibilities.
Depending on the workload and project requirements, this role may also include duties related to Document Control and Site Logistic Coordination, providing wider support across multiple site management functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager in daily coordination and administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and presentations.
- Manage timesheets, personnel records, and onboarding for site staff.
- Oversee site logistics including accommodation, transport, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain filing systems, documentation, and databases in line with procedures.
- Liaise with local suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site efficiency.
- Proven experience in site coordination, administration, or similar project support roles within construction or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- Fluency in English is essential (Italian language skills are an advantage).
- Must be already based in Italy and eligible to work locally.
