Project Service Manager
Location: Project / Yard / Office / Offshore
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Service Manager to lead and coordinate all project support functions on a major energy project. This is a senior role responsible for integrating cost control, planning, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administration to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
Acting as the key interface between the technical delivery team and corporate support functions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Service Manager to lead and coordinate all project support functions on a major energy project. This is a senior role responsible for integrating cost control, planning, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administration to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
Acting as the key interface between the technical delivery team and corporate support functions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination
- Lead and manage all project services functions including cost control, planning, document control, logistics, and procurement support
- Coordinate project service teams across all EPC/EPCIC phases (engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning)
- Develop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and client requirements
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial performance across the project
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost variances and risks
- Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting to project leadership
- Supervise development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across all phases
- Ensure subcontractor schedules are aligned with the master project schedule
- Monitor progress and highlight deviations, risks, and mitigation actions
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
- Support contract administration, including variation tracking and contractor performance monitoring
- Ensure vendor documentation and records comply with contractual and quality requirements
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, materials, and equipment
- Oversee marine logistics, transportation, and customs clearance activities
- Ensure offshore operational requirements, including SIMOPS, are fully integrated into planning
- Oversee document control systems, ensuring accurate and timely document flow between all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual documentation and reporting requirements
- Prepare and issue weekly and monthly project service reports
- Ensure all project services activities comply with HSE standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project service functions
- Planning: Develop master schedule, cost baseline, logistics plans, and resource strategies
- Execution: Manage project services teams, coordinate offshore logistics and vessel scheduling, and support SIMOPS activities
- Monitoring: Track cost and schedule performance, manage reporting, and monitor offshore execution against plan
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to project procedures, contractual deliverables, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills across multi-discipline functions
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-value offshore and onshore project environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in project services or project controls within major projects
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong reporting capability
- Senior leadership role on a major energy project
