Location: North Chicago, IL – Hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite, Mon/Fri remote)
Duration: 2-year contract (potential extension based on performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

This role sits within the Business Services Group (BSG) and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative, marketing, and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across creative campaigns, corporate communications, events, and product initiatives
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear project scopes and actionable plans
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Develop project estimates, track budgets, and oversee financial performance
- Coordinate internal creative teams and external vendors to deliver effective solutions
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to leadership
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across teams
- Support business development initiatives within the internal agency
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulated environment standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management and/or account management experience
- Experience in creative agency, marketing, communications, or event planning environments
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
