Location: Mettawa, IL OR Open to remote for strong candidates
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Contract Length: 12 months (potential for extension or conversion)
Rate: $29-$32/hr based on benefits
Work Model: Hybrid or Remote (based on candidate)
 
Orion Group is hiring a Project Manager I (Digital Lab – IVA Specialist) who will support our pharmaceutical client’s Digital Lab Veeva IVA team in developing and managing Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) for HCP marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building, routing, and maintaining Veeva CLM content within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
This is a non-IT, digital marketing/project-focused role requiring strong collaboration across marketing, creative agencies, and technical teams.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and build Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) / IVA content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using marketing-provided assets
• Manage end-to-end content routing through the Material Review Process (MRP)
• Act as project owner/originator for IVA submissions and approvals
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to update and refine creative assets
• Maintain and organize component and template libraries to enable reuse and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Agencies
• Provide feedback and enhancement ideas to improve Veeva CLM platforms and processes
• Participate in agency feedback sessions to stay aligned on best practices and innovation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with:
  • Veeva CRM / CLM / IVA creation
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Adobe Assets
• Experience working in digital marketing, interactive agency, or pharma environment (preferred)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication, proofreading, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work with both technical and business teams

 
Preferred Experience

• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience
• Experience working with Material Review Process (MRP) workflows
• Exposure to digital asset management and marketing content lifecycle
