Position : Project Manager
Job Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the Living Quarters Replacement Project on the existing Offshore Platform . The role will ensure the project is executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with company and industry requirements.
Work Location: Demirchi Tower, Baku, Azerbaijan
Contract Duration: Annual
Work Schedule: Normal office hours (5/2) if required Saturday
Position Type: Onshore
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, HSE requirements, and applicable international codes and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage project interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore operations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure quality objectives and project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 10-15 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience in offshore platform projects, brownfield modifications, or living quarters replacement projects.
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
