Project Manager – Site Civil / Land Development
We’re partnering with a growing engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex site civil and land development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
This is a senior-level role focused on project delivery, client leadership, and technical oversight, with strong visibility across both internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is a senior-level role focused on project delivery, client leadership, and technical oversight, with strong visibility across both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and driving project success
- Lead projects from concept through construction, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight
- Provide technical direction on site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater strategy
- Oversee permitting and agency coordination across local and state jurisdictions
- Support construction-phase services, resolving field issues and reviewing RFIs/shop drawings
- Ensure QA/QC excellence across plans, reports, and deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Support business development, proposals, and client growth initiatives
- 10–15 years of experience in site civil / land development engineering
- Strong background in project management and client leadership
- Expertise in stormwater management, utilities, grading, and permitting strategy
- Experience coordinating with planning boards, agencies, and review authorities
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project financials
- PE license preferred
