  • $70 per hour
  • United States, Texas, Houston
  • Contract

The Project Manager will support the PMO support to digital program in the company’s Mobility & Convenience Americas (M&CA). Working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the role helps translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and tracks execution

Key responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day PMO coordination across Tech, Procurement, Finance, deployment partners and workstream leads.
  • Build and maintain the integrated plan, RAID, actions, dependencies, status updates and governance cadence.
  • Run key forums including weekly leadership calls, roadblock reviews, governance calls and workstream check-ins.
  • Drive follow-through with workstream leads so actions, decisions and risks are clearly captured, owned and closed.
  • Support O&G retail delivery needs, including site rollout readiness, POS/store technology dependencies, customer billing process, Sales/CRM updates and pilot support.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in program/PMO delivery for complex technology, retail, transformation or O&G downstream programs.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, RAID management, governance, status reporting and dependency tracking.
  • Comfortable working across Tech, Product, Finance, Procurement, Operations, AR/Billing and external deployment partners.
  • Able to operate across UK/US/India time zones, with enough overlap to chase actions and support live decisions.
  • Salesforce/CRM/billing process experience is helpful, but not mandatory if the person can quickly learn operational workflows.
  • Structured planning: can build a practical end-to-end plan and keep workstreams aligned on milestones, risks and owners.
  • Action orientation: comfortable chasing people firmly but constructively until actions are closed.
  • Clear communication: can create one transparent program view for leadership, Tech, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination: can connect store technology, deployment, procurement, funding, billing and pilot activities without dropping details.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: can bring structure where ownership is unclear and escalate early when progress or accountability slip
  • Education: Require a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Program Management.
