Vacancy : Project Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects (Onshore)
Position: Project Engineer
Location: Demirchi Tower, Baku, Azerbaijan
Contract Duration: Annual Contract
Work Schedule: Normal office hours, 5 days on / 2 days off (5/2)
Position Type: Onshore
Job Purpose
The Project Engineer will provide engineering and project coordination support for the Living Quarters Replacement Project on the Umid-1 Offshore Platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor activities.
• Support offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UBOC procedures, HSE standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify technical issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in oil & gas project as Project Engineer.
• Experience in offshore facilities and brownfield projects.
• Familiarity with EPC projects and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of project controls and scheduling.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
