Position Title: Project Engineer - Integration
KEY ROLE
The Project Engineer – Integration is responsible for ensuring effective integration across all delivery lines of the Karabagh Project. The role acts as the custodian of overall project integration and governance, ensuring that technical and project management interfaces are properly managed and that integration-related risks are visible, understood, and actively managed.

- Actively promote HSE commitment through example while ensuring delivery in line with BP’s expectations of no accidents or injuries.
- Contribute to development of Integrated Project Execution Planning.
- Ensure effective integration of the project scope with wider region business needs while ensuring project status awareness and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Manage project management interfaces, including alignment of plans, assumptions, decision-making processes, and execution logic across delivery lines.
- Act as custodian of project governance, ensuring adherence to agreed project processes, decision authorities, and assurance requirements.
- Own and run key project processes, including risk management, with a specific focus on interface and integration risks.
- Ensure the project leadership team is fully informed of integration risks, issues, and interdependencies, and that appropriate mitigation actions are in place.
- Coordinate integration with stakeholders outside the project team, including internal functions, partners, and other interfacing projects or organizations.
- Support proactive identification of emerging integration challenges and drive early resolution to protect project outcomes.
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION /QUALIFICATIONS.
- Extensive work experience in onshore or offshore projects with validated project management skills
- Clear, structured communicator capable of influencing across disciplines and organisations.
- Technical understanding of facility system design, equipment, installation and commissioning areas
- High level of ownership and accountability for end-to-end integration outcomes.
- Skilled at leading through complexity, implementing projects in multi-stakeholder, multi-discipline, multi-cultural environments, with regional and country-specific issues and challenges
- Experience working within defined project governance frameworks and assurance processes, structured project processes, particularly risk management.
- Delivery minded and result focused approach
- Experience with working complex brownfield scopes while maintaining operations alignment
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to influence and achieve outcomes
- Working knowledge of finance / accounting practices and terminology as it relates to project economics, capital requirements, and AGT Business
