Orion Group is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our pharma client’s consultant contracting and sponsorship technology involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assists with the maintenance of the Business Services Group systems (data management, integration, system development, change management and training support) and interacts extensively with employees worldwide
- Provides user assistance for system navigation questions and issues
- Requests estimates from vendors and authorization approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems and internal processes. Incorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations
- Proactively recommends improvements to streamline current processes and reduce cycle time.
- Works effectively with the team/group to accomplish organizational goals
- Actively participates in client or team meetings by offering suggestions. Provides input to project planning
- Develops project plans that integrate and align with cross-departmental processes and other projects and provides innovative solutions to overcome project hurdles.
- Acts as a resource to provide innovative solutions to mitigate risks, manage competing customer priorities, facilitate contingency plans, maximize cost-effective resource utilization, and improve employee effectiveness.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience working with system support and/or project management or vendor management
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Conduct system testing (create test scripts, complete test scenarios, or report system issues)
- User training (create training materials or led training sessions)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact with management and Healthcare Professionals
