## Production Technician (Night Shift) | Nordheim, (78141) TX

Location: Nordheim, TX (DeWitt County)
Duration: 12 months + option to extend 

Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Wednesday – Tuesday)
Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours/Day)
Compensation: Up to $45.00/hr (DOE)

Are you a night owl who thrives on autonomy and technical troubleshooting? We are seeking a Production Technician to manage an assigned route in DeWitt County. Operating under the Blackhawk operatorship, you will be the primary lead on-site during night hours, ensuring our wells hit their "Clean Average" targets safely and efficiently.

With a 7-on/7-off rotation, you’ll enjoy a true work-life balance while managing a high-spec route featuring Plunger Lift, Gas Lift, and Wellhead Compression.

### Key Responsibilities

• Production Ownership: Identify variances using the BPX Ops toolkit; if a well drops below the target (CA), you devise and execute the recovery plan.
• Night Operations: Act as the primary field contact for the OSC during night shifts, ensuring seamless handovers.
• Technical Maintenance: Perform plunger inspections (5k miles/12-month KPIs), manage HP/LP separators, and troubleshoot wellhead compressors.
• Compliance & Safety: Lead JSAs, ensure 100% LOTO compliance, and maintain a 15% verification-to-gap ratio.

### Qualifications

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Artificial Lift (Plunger/Gas Lift) and surface equipment (Heater Treaters, Flash Gas Scrubbers).
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to code downtime accurately in Enbase and manage work orders via SORA/Safety 3.0.
• Reliability: Proven ability to work 12-hour night shifts independently in the Nordheim/DeWitt area. Must live within 60 miles radius of (78141)
