Production Performance Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Preferably a Master of Science (MSc).

  • Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Production Engineering and/or Management Reporting in major Oil & Gas Operating Company preferably on offshore fields.

  • Other Competencies / Skills / Others

- Working under pressure with tight deadlines

- Technical Report writing

- Confident in peer review presentations

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary - multi cultural teams.

- Being proactive and always takes personal responsibility to complete actions/job.

- Prioritises and plans work to deliver in order to deliver it before requirement.

- Follows up and takes personal responsibility for emails sent and received.

- This role requires competency in managing people and workloads

- Excellent skills in MS Excel and Databases.

- Results oriented, with emphasis on accurate reporting and detailed presentation.

- Priority management, coupled with strong planning and organisational ability will be key to the successful execution of the role.

- Business Knowledge is also a requirement of this role

- Willing to do needful for the success of the team

- Excellent English language skills - written and oral
