We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement activities for a major Oil & Gas restoration project, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials in line with project requirements, contract conditions and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with project teams to establish procurement requirements, objectives and priorities.
Support the identification and procurement of Long Lead Items (LLI), including tendering, bid evaluation and contract administration.
Develop and maintain Procurement Plans covering long-lead items, spare parts and bulk materials.
Monitor procurement progress, schedules and costs, identifying issues and supporting mitigation plans.
Monitor Contractor procurement activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and contract requirements.
Review Contractor purchasing and contracting documents for compliance with project requirements.
Support effective materials management and coordinate spare parts procurement.
Monitor Contractor expediting activities and report potential delays in material delivery.
Coordinate with EPC Contractors, suppliers, Engineering, Quality and Construction teams.
Support fabrication priorities and supplier coordination to maintain project schedules.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related function, including at least 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
Demonstrable understanding of procurement best practices.
In-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas procurement market and key vendors.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Advanced computer literacy.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple and diverse tasks.
