Procurement Lead

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to oversee EPC contractor procurement activities for a major Oil & Gas development.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of Long Lead Items.
• Prepare ITT packages and coordinate tender processes.
• Support technical/commercial bid evaluation.
• Develop project Procurement Plans.
• Oversee bulk materials and spare-parts procurement.
• Monitor procurement schedules from RFQ through site delivery.
• Review contractor procurement procedures.
• Manage supplier/vendor interfaces.
• Monitor procurement schedule and cost performance.
• Support materials reconciliation and project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years contracts/procurement experience.
• Major Oil & Gas project experience.
• Strong EPC procurement exposure.
• Long Lead Item procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas suppliers/vendors.
• Tendering and contracting experience.
• Materials management knowledge.
