Job Purpose
Lead and oversee all contractor procurement activities for a major onshore oil & gas development project. Ensure procurement and materials management activities are compliant with EPC contract requirements, cost-effective, timely, and aligned with company policies and procedures.

Lead and oversee all contractor procurement activities for a major onshore oil & gas development project. Ensure procurement and materials management activities are compliant with EPC contract requirements, cost-effective, timely, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with Project Management Team (PMT) on procurement needs, objectives, and priorities
- Manage procurement of Long Lead Items (LLI), including ITT preparation, tender coordination, bid evaluation, and contract administration
- Develop and execute overall and package-specific Procurement Plans supporting project schedules and milestones
- Monitor and report procurement progress, risks, costs, and mitigation actions
- Oversee EPC contractor procurement activities across project execution gates
- Review and approve contractor procurement procedures, purchasing documents, and contractual terms
- Ensure compliance with business ethics, anti-trust regulations, and information security requirements
- Coordinate materials management systems and spare parts acquisition to ensure timely delivery to site
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, Accounting, or Project Management
- Minimum 8 years of contracts and procurement experience on major oil & gas projects
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and oil & gas vendor markets
- Proven experience working with EPC contractors
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment
