Role Purpose We are looking for a Procurement Lead to oversee all procurement activities for a large-scale project. The role ensures that procurement and materials management programs are cost-effective, timely, compliant with procedures, and fully aligned with project objectives.

Role Purpose We are looking for a Procurement Lead to oversee all procurement activities for a large-scale project. The role ensures that procurement and materials management programs are cost-effective, timely, compliant with procedures, and fully aligned with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align project procurement objectives, scope, and execution plans.
- Manage procurement of project LLI, including ITT package preparation, tender process, and PO administration until handover to EPC Contractor.
- Oversee EPC Contractor procurement processes and ensure compliance with project procedures.
- Monitor procurement activities, reporting schedule progress and cost data.
- Review and support Contractor’s Purchasing Plan, including materials management and expediting.
- Ensure execution of spares purchasing plan and compliance with vendor qualification processes.
- Oversee delivery of procurement documentation, including vendor records and quality requirements.
- Support development and administration of Contractor’s subcontracting plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, or related commercial discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience on major oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor markets, and key suppliers in the industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented, proactive team player with ability to collaborate across disciplines and external groups.
