Procurement Analyst required in central London 3 days a week and 2 days from home - 6 months + with the potential for the role to go much longer (dependent on projects).
This is outside of IR35 on an offshore wind project.

Role:
- Manage sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management activities for the following categories:
- Constructions Service including marshalling and construction port requirements
- Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
- Consenting
- Other ad-hoc project requirements
- Work with key stakeholders for identified categories to understand upcoming demand in 2027
- Provide support to main package teams as required
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and process, including Purchase-to-Pay requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Sourcing and contract management experience preferably in offshore energy industry (and ideally in offshore wind)
- Experience in Procurement Process, Systems and Governance
- Experience in Reporting and Performance Management activities
- Flexible and adaptable in the face of change and unforeseen circumstances.
- High level of discretion, empathy, and confidentiality.
- A team player with the ambition to contribute to a high-performing, growing international company.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in communication and event planning is a plus.
